I must ask the question; Should the courts step in if the parent(s) are going to kill the child before it is born? (just something to think about)
I agree. I have often thought about my own family and what would I do. WHO are we to play GOD? LET AMERICA remain a FREE country, FREEDOM of choice.
AS with abortion.. leave the courts out of these matters. n
Last I heard AMERICA was still a FREE country. I believe that human DIGNITY is more important than what others think. This family should be left alone and be able to make the decisions that will satisfy them.
ARE YOU paying for this cancer treatment? I have worked in areas where "other peoples" opinions have forced people to do what they didn't want to do and the outcome was always the burden of the family.
Leave them alone. When it is YOUR turn to make a decision, make it according to your beliefs and conscience. The child is old enough to make an informed decision. Why do the courts have to get involved? They have other things like, murder, rape, child pornography, drug lords etc, to deal with. Leave the decision up to the family. It is THEIRS not ours, to make. n
I have to disagree with you on this. It was the young mans choice to begin with which is what everyone seems to forget. The problem with this world today is that the courts and the government are getting involved with issues that us as parents were given the day we gave birth! They have no right to take that away from us. His parents are only doing what this young man wants and people need to leave them alone and stay out of their business and choices!
Much a due about nothing, the supreme court has ruled that parents rights are Paramount the lower court has no authority to issue a warrant. this constitutes a fraud upon the court. The lower court can not over rule the united states supreme court. the warrant is void.
your an idiot. do you have tunnel vision? perhaps you are just a sheep....thats ok...let me try to relate....bahhhhhhhhhhhhh bahhhhhhhh bah bahhhhha bahhhhhh...lol u idiot
Unless you have been a parent of a child with cancer like I have, you really have no idea what you are saying. To all those passing judgement, ever heard the saying about walking a mile in someone else's shoes? Ya'll need to get your walking shoes out of the closet.
